What It Measures

This chart shows the total value of Altify Account Opportunities that were marked as Qualified during the current fiscal year — regardless of whether they were won, lost, or still in progress.

  • Metric: Sum of Reporting Amount
  • Filtered By:
    • Was Qualified = True
    • Created Date = Current FY (Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025)
  • Grouped By:
    • Created Date (Fiscal Quarter format)
    • Account Name
    • AM Solution Name

This is a key conversion indicator showing how much planning-generated opportunity value made it through your qualification process.

How It’s Built

Report Type

A custom report type is used, as follows:

  • Name: 'Accounts with Planned Opportunities – ROI'
  • Objects:

    • Primary Object: Accounts

    • Related Object: Altify Account Opportunities

Filters

  • Created Date: Current FY (from the Created Date on the Altify Account Opportunity object)
  • Was Qualified: Equals True

    This is a custom check box field (likely formula or manually managed) that flags opportunities that made it through qualification.

Groupings (Outline)

The following rows are grouped:

  • Account Name
  • Created Date (displayed as fiscal quarters: Q1 FY2025, Q2 FY2025, etc.)
  • AM Solution: Solution Name

Columns Added

  • Opportunity Name
  • Opportunity Type
  • Account Opportunity Name
  • Reporting Amount

Dashboard Widget Setup

  • Component Type: Funnel or Vertical Bar
  • X-Axis: Created Date (fiscal quarter)
  • Y-Axis: Sum of Reporting Amount
  • Color/Legend: AM Solution Name (optional)
  • Label: 'Total Qualified Potential – This FY'
